This policy explains how THBusiness (“we”, “us”) handles personal data when you use thbusiness.app (the “Site”). We aim to comply with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) (“PDPA”).

Data we collect

• Form submissions — when you contact us or submit a listing we receive the details you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, company information and message.
• Technical data — our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes IP addresses and basic request information to deliver the Site securely and protect it from abuse.

We do not use advertising cookies or sell personal data.

How we use your data

• To reply to your enquiries and manage your listing (legal basis: your request and our legitimate interests).
• To publish business information you ask us to include in the directory (legal basis: your consent).
• To keep the Site secure and prevent spam and fraud (legal basis: legitimate interests).

Business listings

Company listings contain business contact information that is provided by the business or publicly available. If a listing includes your personal data and you would like it changed or removed, contact us and we will act promptly.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help us run the Site (such as Cloudflare for hosting and email delivery), or where required by law.

Retention

We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to handle your request and for our reasonable business records, and listing data for as long as the listing is published.

Your rights

Under the PDPA you may request access to, correction, deletion or transfer of your personal data, object to or restrict its processing, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email hello@thbusiness.app.
